How’s it going everyone?! Hope that your weekend is going GREAT so far, if it IS the weekend where you are, right now, as you are reading this! Yesterday I got out a bit and enjoyed the (decent) weather for the first time this Spring. Pennsylvania was harsh this Winter!! Nonetheless me and my girlfriend walked around Nittany View Park in Boalsburg, PA a bit. They have a pretty decent walkway/path that we’ll hopefully be using a lot this Spring and Summer, and on such walkway I took the above shot. Just getting warmed up for all the photography I plan on shooting this year!!!!!
Today it’s mostly an office day for me, and tomorrow I hit one of my local Flea Markets (weather permitting) for the first time this year!!!! If not tomorrow, there are SEVERAL upcoming “Brent opening days” I have my eyes on!!!! ;)
2013, (finally) GET READY! :)
I took this photo about a week or so ago during our last snowstorm here in Central Pennsylvania, now here it is today, and it’s snowing again! This is becoming the Winter that just wouldn’t end! I hope the weather where you are is treating you MUCH better than it is here. Time to think happy thoughts of swimming, BBQ’s, and sunshine!
Wherever you are right now, and whatever time it is, I hope you are having an absolutely awesome day! It’s the first day of Spring so for me especially here in Central Pennsylvania this means the good weather is FINALLY right around the corner! I have some errands to run this morning in a bit, some paperwork to do this afternoon, and something EXTREMELY exciting I’ll be working on! HOPE THE SAME IS TRUE FOR ALL OF YOU!
I uploaded this shot on May 29th, 2009. It’s the lazy river in HersheyPark in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Since this photograph I’ve been in the lazy river many, many times, and took MANY shots, but this was the first. This was actually opening weekend, and it was an extremely rainy weekend. Myself and my girlfriend Brandi were actually some of the very first people, besides park employees/private parties, etc…, in the lazy river.
We now have Season Passes but this was our first trip together as a couple, and we bought tickets for three consecutive days. We never even got a chance to get into The Boardwalk (their waterpark) until our third day there due to rain. Despite the weather this will always be one of my favorite, most memorable trips!
Had a blast on this last leg of the 2010 OUP Photography Tour. OUP Photography has been updated with some of my favorite shots from the previous week. Check it out, I’d appreciate it!
Would love to hear your thoughts!
