Started A Little Personal Side Collection/Hobby from Picking ;)
Love these vintage pennants! So far only have Hershey, PA & Miami Beach, FL, but hoping to score a few more. We only want the ones from certain places which we have traveled to, enjoy, are our favorite, etc… A few of the next ones we are looking into getting are Outer Banks, North Carolina & Rehoboth Beach, Delaware…. keep me in mind if you see them! :)
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #17 – December 23rd, 2010!
This shot was also uploaded on June 16th, 2010. It was taken after leaving Outer Banks, North Carolina on the way back up North towards Virginia. After OBX we made a stop at Kings Dominion, in Doswell, Virginia. I don’t quite remember which town this shot was taken in, or what tunnel, but I really like it. It sort of puts me back in the “on the road” mindstate.
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #16 – December 22nd, 2010!
Of course! It’s another shot uploaded on June 16th, 2010 from the Outer Banks! This one was taken at the beach in front of my hotel, in Kill Devil Hills, during one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever had the opportunity to witness. This trip provided my best photography so far, and I really cannot wait to head back next Summer!
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #15 – December 21th, 2010!
Featured today is another one of my Outer Banks shots uploaded on June 16th, 2010. This one is an awesome sunset which I shot from my hotel, the John Yancey Oceanfront Inn in Kill Devil Hills.
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #14 – December 20th, 2010!
Also uploaded on June 16th, 2010, this shot was taken down in Rodanthe in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I’ve actually framed this photograph and it’s hanging in my house right now. Without a doubt one of my all-time favorites!
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #13 – December 17th, 2010!
This is another shot from my journey to Outer Banks this past Summer. This one was taken while driving down the famous “Highway 12.” I’ve taken many shots while driving, and they’ve actually come out to be some of my favorite shots of all-time. There is really something to that quick little moment where you see something and snap a quick photograph without really thinking about it. Expect a few more Outer Banks shots next week!
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #12 – December 16th, 2010!
Here’s another shot from down in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This one was taken at a Hatteras beach. To get to this beach we had to “bush-wack” through some insane prickly bushes, etc.. Will NEVER forget that experience. Beautiful beach though! Excpect some more Outer Banks shots in the coming days!
“OUP Photography Month” Shot #11 – December 15th, 2010!
This shot right here was uploaded on June 16, 2010, and is the very first shot I took of the ocean during my trip to Outer Banks, North Carolina this past Summer. I LOVE the Outer Banks! So much in fact that I am going back next Summer. This shot is of the beach at the hotel we stayed at in Kill Devil Hills, the John Yancey Oceanfront Inn. It was really a pretty awesome hotel for the price we paid. This was the first ocean/beach I’ve been to in MANY YEARS and the first Brandi was EVER to. Not only can’t I wait to go back to Outer Banks, but I can’t wait to go to the beach in general… so much fun!
